This set of three, private & fully self-contained villas is perfectly located in the Agnes Water precinct where you can enjoy local cafes, restaurants, and specialty shops and just a 300m stroll to Agnes Water beach. Enjoy your romantic spa situated on the private enclosed louvered veranda set amongst tropical gardens enjoyed by native birds.

Each charming 1 bedroom character cottage is simply perfect for the single traveler, romantic couple or if you are looking for somewhere your special pooch to stay with you. Perfect for a weekend away or a longer sojourn.
The 3 cottages each offset & booked separately, are fully self-contained, air-conditioned, spacious one-bedroom, with a separate ensuite and a very private spa located on an enclosed louvered veranda. Each villa has its own enclosed deck with a barbecue.
Rooms are bright, light, and airy, self-contained kitchen & living room with comfy couch, TV and free Wifi. Spacious One-bedroom with King-size bed & adjoining bathroom.

The good news is most pets are welcome and inside We understand that it is difficult to leave your pets at home while you go away, so now you can bring them with you. Just advise details on your booking. Please note the villas or garden areas are not fenced.

Lorraine S - 19th March 2025Our stay in this unit was absolutely amazing. Although I thought it would have fitted a younger couple better I cannot fault anything. The unit was clean and beautiful. It was cozy & it had all the facilities we needed. From the spa & the outdoor space that was literally like a hideaway. Although we are not big on movies & games it even cater for that. Thanks McGrath (Accomm1770) for a wonderful experience
Lovely romantic getaway
Jones L - 27th February 2025Accessible location that’s close to everything, lots of amenities and an amazing kitchen, the best spa ever and a lovely outdoor area. The only downside is unit 1 is right next to a footpath so it doesn’t feel super private and the only aircon is in the lounge and doesn’t full cool the bedroom. Still highly recommend though.

The privacy of the property being tucked away in a quiet street yet only walking distance to the Agnes plazas and beach was amazing. Our villa was neat & tidy, bed was super comfy and the spa bath incredible. Highly recommend for a perfect couples getaway. We will be back 😊
A beautiful place in a very friendly street
Dennis D - 16th June 2024As a guest staying at Sunbird Gardens unit 1, I was happily surprised to find a clean and tidy unit with tropical gardens all around the back patio. Dog friendly places are hard to find. This one was perfect for our little fur baby. Coffee van across the road, we took the dog for a walk on the beach also a short walk away. I can highly recommend this unit to a couple who are travelling with their dog.

We enjoyed walking on the beach, coffee from the coffee cart at the entrance to the beach each day, and dinner at the dog friendly pizza bistro. The accommodation was comfortable - good for two people. We used the spa in the gazebo each day. Being on a bend , the road noise does filter through, but you can’t be seen.
