Off street parking is provided with a large undercover area with 3m clearance for a boat with car connected plus a fenced yard - 1 outside dog is permitted with approval.
Please note directive for use of the roof top viewing area - children must be supervised at all times and be accompanied by an adult. The access hatch needs to be kept closed when not in use.

Great location and outdoor amenities
Tara Copeland Rhoades - 12th October 2023We used to live in Agnes and know the area well. This house is in a great location behind the original top shops, and easy walk through town to the beach. We were impressed with the master bedroom and ensuite and upper decks which are newer than the rest of the house. But it’s spacious and the furniture is all nice. I was hoping there was room for our boat and it had a perfect carport where we could park our Ute and boat behind the gate. Outdoor shower and good sized deck with BBQ capped it off
