A fantastic beach side property with plenty of room the family, surrounded in sub tropic gardens & bush land.
Estate restrictions apply - no party type gatherings, 20k speed limit, onsite estate mangers. No dune access.
Wake up each morning to the tranquil sound of the waves & the native bird life in song. An easy stroll into the main shopping area of Agnes Water where you will find cafes , restaurants & specialty shops, park the car & there it will stay or you can visit the historical Town of 1770 just 3 min drive. Best of all the beach is simply a stroll along the beach track & you are there.
