Featuring 3 bedrooms and a sleep out with 3 queen beds and 2 single beds and a tri bunk plus 2 bathrooms. Spacious living over two levels.
- Upstairs you will find the large kitchen, dining and sea breeze deck with gorgeous ocean, bay and mountain views, providing outdoor furnishings and bbq.
Providing 2 bedrooms one Queen bedroom and 2nd bedroom sleepout with 2 singles - Lower level provides open plan living with lounge room plus 2 bedrooms one with Queen bed and the other with queen bed and a tri bunk.
There's room to park two cars and a small boat with the boat ramp literally 100m away. The yard is fenced so the family pet can come too. (pool fencing may not suit very small pets) A very popular and affordable property to share with family and friends whilst enjoying and exploring this stunning area.

What a view!!
John S - 4th July 2024With a view of the water from everywhere in the house and amazing sunsets every arvo, we chose the best place to stay in 1770. Our two families had a ball staying here and it was heaps of room for two families to enjoy the town and wider surroundings…. We’ll be back!!
