Views are majestic from the spacious verandas looking across the 1770 bay to the backdrop of mountains and out to the ocean. 1770 is perfect for calm water swimming, boating and water sports so take an easy 300m stroll down to the 1770 foreshore and park also ideal for picnics and Bbqs by the seaside
Less than 1.5km drive, walk or bike ride down the road is the Tree Bar restaurant and 1770 Marina, cafe, and boat ramp. Here you can board for your Great Barrier Reef day cruise, launch your own boat or hire a tinny for the day. The township of Agnes Water with its full shopping facilities including restaurants, cafes, tavern and safe surf patrolled beach is only a short 5 km drive.
This property can accommodate a small to medium boat onsite or for large boat/s secure open site storage and wash down facility at the 1770 boat storage on Bicentennial Dr Agnes Water. To book your boat in call 07 4974 7047 ( fees apply )

Music at Agnes Water
Wendy W - 23rd February 2024This year was the second time our group has stayed at Orton Lodge at 1770. We came for the music festival but loved all the extras like Supping and swimming at the beach. The house is in a great position with a wonderful view. It really suits the 8 of us with the bbq and the deck, inside it is really spacious too so no getting in each others way.
A must for the Family
Hamish Struthers - 13th October 2023Beautiful, clean home to auit a large group or family. Beautiful veiws of the water from the Deck with your morning coffee surrounded by Kingdishers and kangaroos Or sit back with an afternoon bevvy and watch the sunset. Will definitely be booking again.
