With generous living areas over two levels, Don't Panic holiday house sleeps up to 10 people in 5 spacious bedrooms, has a resort style swimming pool & two separate living & kitchen areas. Ideally located on the Queensland coastline just 5hrs from Brisbane.

This private gated estate is governed by on-site body corp managers who are active with ensure regulations are met. Please ensure you are familiar with these terms & that the property is suitable for your group. Bookings are only accepted for families & quiet respectful people.

Loud music or anti-social behaviour is not tolerated.

Properties prohibit large all adult group gatherings for party type events, buck, hens nights , weddings, 21sts etc

Prohibit youth groups including schoolies

Strict numbers as per registration form permitted only - visiting guests are not permitted within the estate.

20km speed limit always

Strict maximum of 3 cars within the estate ( if you have a 4th car this will need to be parked outside the gated estate)

If for some reason Management needs to attend due to complaints, you may be asked to vacate ( a refund will not be issued)

No caravans or camping permitted at the properties

Maximum of 1boat permitted ( this is part of the 3 vehicles permitted - so 2 car 1 boat for example)

All parking needs to be on the property's grounds not neighbouring properties.

Awesome spot
Debbie J - 28th February 2025We had a short break with all of our family, including 3 grandkids. What an awesome spot to be - Agnes Waters - and the house is just great. Close to the beach, shops, your own pool and everything else that you could possibly want! Downfall is that we had to shut up the house downstairs when no-one was at home, as there are only fly screens on the windows,not security.

Beach access accommodation
Rebecca Dexter - 26th October 2023This was a lovely big house with everything required for a weekend stay. Pool was beautiful and clean (pool cleaner was there on arrival). Lots kitchen utensils and towels (for bathroom and beach) pool table and lots of different living areas. It was a bit dated but it's a holiday rental at the beach. The pool was hard to stand in as it has no shallow end (need to be 5 ft 6" + to stand in the pool) and the stairs on one side were very wobbly getting in/out. Beach access right out back was grea!!

Bree Findlay - 10th July 2023Loved our stay at Dont Panic. The location was beautiful. Just a stones throw to the beach. Was lovely to hear the waves crashing from the house. Great house which comfortably fit 2 familes. Highly recommend!
