The property has been luxuriously furnished with modern, practical furnishings offering two wings separated by an undercover breeze way deck. Both wings provide lounge/ media rooms & each bedroom has its own bathroom.
The beautiful breeze way sun decks faces towards the stunning ocean & includes alfresco dining furniture, built in BBQ & wine/drinks fridge. Fully self-contained kitchen, comfortable lounge, separate TV room plus free wifi & full laundry facilities. Fully Air-conditioned.

This property strictly prohibits party-type gatherings. Sorry, no pets.

Strict no after-hours noise policy applies from 9 pm, loud music or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated, large all adult group gatherings for party type events, buck, hens' nights, weddings, 21sts, youth groups including schoolies - are not permitted

The View
Andrew W - 16th April 2024It’s hard to go past the 180 degree ocean views, but the facilities - in particular the 25m infinity pool was a highlight. Most times we had the pool to ourselves. This also went for the beaches in front of the estate where the fishermen in the group reeled in Dart after Dart. Finally, the privacy, seclusion and furnishings of the house was a big plus. Thanks again Accomm1770 and PRD. This was an enjoyable holiday for the families involved. Andrew
