Accommodation: Sleeping up to 8 people ( Strict maximum of 6 Adults) Fully air-conditioned throughout & linen is provided.
This property internal & external is strictly a no smoking zone.
Important to Note:: To ensure our property has minimal wear & damage is avoided, a few restrictions are in place - please be aware
- We do not allow Boats, jet skis, trailers, RV's , campers & caravans to park within the property's premises. These items are on street parking only.
*We do not provide water access to external areas of the property. - We have a strict 3 car maximum

Third & Fourth Bedrooms: Perfect for families or groups, these rooms feature two single beds each, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone. Full bed linen supplied.

Landscape:
As this is a new-built property (as of May 2024), the garden and outside surrounds are being established.
Parking:
The property provides an undercover carport for one car. Extra cars can park outdoors on the driveway or road frontage. 3 car maximum
All house linen is provided - just bring your beach towels.
No Pets permitted. This property is not available for party-type gatherings.
Please ensure furniture is not moved around.
Security: 3 outdoor security cameras are present at the property - front door, side deck entrance and downstairs at the car port.

Country stay by the beach
Kym-Louise M - 7th January 2025It is a nice, well-designed new house with a fantastic deck overlooking natural bushlands. Entry and exit points were steeper than expected, but it was a great house for families. Close to shops and a short drive to the main beach. A 3km drive to the refuse tip, where all seafood scraps must be dropped off with extra charges.
