Beach Vista can also welcome your family pet strictly outside areas on request.
An impressive 4-bedroom beach home spanning over two generous living levels & sleeping up to 10 guests (maximum of 8 Adults) in plush king beds, superior furnishings, high ceilings & fully air-conditioned. Your nights will indulge you in a cloud like slumber ensuring your rest is the finest sleep you've experienced. All beds include luxurious linen & deluxe Black Royale Versailles Mattress's. A sumptuous dream foam comfort layer providing cloud-like comfort and unrivalled support where you need it most. Micro Diamonds are infused into Air-cool Memory Foam to help remove heat from the body for a comfortable night’s sleep.
Upstairs features – kitchen, living & outdoor entertaining areas plus Master bedroom suite.
First, you’ll notice the considerable sized living areas featuring high ceilings, luxurious lounges, contemporary art works & homely furnishing including a 75 inch wall Tv, sound bar plus free unlimited Wi-Fi is included. This expansive area includes indoor dining area flowing beyond via bi-fold doors to the outside entertaining deck allowing the outside in & the tranquility of cooling ocean breezes. This area features out-door dine settings, sun lounges & weber bbq.
In house entertaining is a breeze in this fully self-contained streamlined gourmet style kitchen including a family size, filtered chill water fridge freezer, self-cleaning connoisseur oven, gas stove & dishwasher. The kitchen provides all utensils & crockery to make family meals a pleasurable time to enjoy & connect.
The luxurious master bedroom features wall mounted TV, the Black Royale Versailles Mattress King bed & exquisite cotton linen, air-conditioning, spacious ensuite, walk in robe and separate powder room. The room flows out to gorgeous ocean views via the patio.
Downstairs – featuring the 2nd lounge tv area & enclosed furnished courtyard - the perfect place to escape for some me time. Kitchenette with fridge freezer & utensils, , Three (3) Bedrooms, Three (3) bathrooms. Patio, fenced landscaped yard & in-ground resort style pool.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 feature a King bed, deluxe Black Royale Versailles Mattress's, luxurious linen, their own ensuites plus air conditioning & ceiling fans.
Bedroom 4 features King bed, deluxe Black Royale Versailles Mattress plus a set of bunk bed with luxurious linen, air conditioning & ceiling fans. Connected by the main bathroom including bath.
Pet friendly outside in the fully fenced yard, landscaped gardens, luxurious pool, double lock up garage & room for one boat on the driveway.
Agnes Water main shopping, restaurant & cafe precinct is an enjoyable 10-minute stroll along the beach & just a 4km drive to 1770 foreshore, boat ramp & marina.

Beach house heaven!
David W - 23rd May 2025Amazing residence to visit, perfectly located on the coastal front with beach access adjacent to property. Plenty of room for our 8 visitors, immaculate gardens, gorgeous views and well equipped. Could not fault the property, and the pristine cleanliness of entire house was welcoming. Quick drive into town for supplies, or even just a 10min stroll to patrolled Main Beach. Hope to have the chance to stay here again.

The house itself was stunning—spacious, stylish, and immaculately clean, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing and fun trip. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, where we enjoyed sunsets and refreshing ocean breezes. We also loved the outdoor seating area, gardens and pool.

The house suited all our needs, the multi levels and extra bathrooms were a bonus, the house was clean and the views .. wow! The location is very close to the beach, so we would take my 3 year old grandson down at night to see the crabs. We will definitely be back to Beach Vista.

Amazing stay at Beach Vista
elizabeth robinson - 31st July 2023Recently just spent 10 days at Beach Vista in Agnes Waters. This property was exactly what we were after and blew us away at how accommodating it was for families. It has so many different areas to enjoy and was very spacious. The beds were amazing to sleep on and the kitchen was well equipped. We really can’t fault this property especially for a family holiday with young kids. We will definitely be back to stay.
