Beach House at Red Rock boasts uninterrupted ocean views and a beachfront position nestled on the sandy shores of remote Red Rock Beach - our very own turtle sanctuary.
Enjoy access to the world-class share facilities of the Sunrise1770 estate including two 25m horizon wet edge pools, sun lounges, BBQ, cabana areas and change rooms, the perfect place to unwind by the pool whilst enjoying a family Bbq.
Note pools are not located at the actual property. They are located at the shared estate facilities.

Architecturally designed and lavishly furnished with a grand and spacious ambiance in mind. Featuring quality beds including luxurious linen and air-conditioning providing comfort for our guests. Every room boasts stunning ocean or natural sub-tropical landscape views whilst providing complete peace and privacy. Many an hour will be spent on the expansive deck gazing upon the tropical ocean - keep an eye out for whales passing by. The deck features sun lounges, dining furniture and Bbq.
Sleeping up to 8 people, Beach House at Red Rock has four spacious bedrooms and three impressive bathrooms, one with spa bath.

This property strictly prohibits party type gatherings and is available for respectful family bookings only. Sorry no pets
Restrictions -
This private gated estate is governed by on-site Body Corp managers who are active in ensuring regulations are met. Please ensure you are familiar with these terms and that the property is suitable for your gathering. Bookings are only accepted for families and quiet respectful people.
Regulations;
Strict maximum of 3 cars within the estate
Properties prohibit large all-adult group gatherings for party-type events, buck's nights, hen's nights, weddings, 21sts etc.
Youth groups including schoolies are prohibited.
A Strict no-after-hours noise policy applies from 9 pm. Loud music or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.
Strict numbers as per the registration form are permitted only - visiting guests are not permitted within the estate.
Pets are not permitted
20km speed limit at all times
If for some reason Management needs to attend due to complaints you may be asked to vacate (a refund will not be issued)
No caravans, boats, jet skis, trailers or camping permitted at properties.

A lovely family-friendly place to stay and relax in peace and tranquility. The tennis racquets and the kite were much-appreciated extras. I wish we could have stayed longer...
That View !!!! Magic family holiday

Spacious comfy living area, great kitchen with butlers, 2 fridges (heaps of room to keep your drinks cold !) good size bedrooms/bathrooms, very handy garage with lots of space for your surf boards and beach gear and kids can play hand ball out the front. It’s an ocean view you can’t beat, huge deck, day beds that are so comfy and the best place to read a book, chat, sleep, have coffees, wines in between beautiful beach days !

The walking proximity to the beautiful Red Rock Beach is an advantage. The Sunrise at 1770 Estate is always in very good condition with obviously a good maintenance arrangement.

Amazing house, beautiful location and top-class facilities
Ruth T - 11th November 2023Our stay at Red Rock Beach House was amazing from start to finish - the stunning architecture of the house, spectacular uninterupted ocean and bush views, and ability to slide open the floor-to-ceiling windows to breathe in the sea air and feel as if we were part of the landscape. The house is very well appointed, and the facilites at Sunrise at 1770 are excellent - we particularly liked the infinity pool on the North side of the estate, and exploring the tracks down to the numerous beaches.
Amazing house with spectacular views
Stuart and Susan Rodgers - 8th April 2023My family stayed for a week in this divine property in July 2022. The house is luxurious and so well appointed with everything thought of for you. We enjoyed cooking in the well appointed kitchen and on the deck BBQ and appreciated the coffee grinder and excellent coffee machine. The views are spectacular and it was like having our own private beach in front of the house. The complex facility are 5 star.
