Ideally located next to Agnes Water’s main beach in the exclusive, gated Beach Houses Estate, it’s just a 50-meter stroll to the patrolled beach. The property is also pet-friendly, allowing one family dog to stay in the fenced yard and downstairs area, though not in the bedrooms or on the furniture.

Point Break is a modern, architecturally designed two-story home featuring:
Resort-Style Pool: Enjoy a stunning pool area with a sun-lounge cabana and two entertaining decks that capture magnificent sea breezes.
Spacious Design: The home is fully air-conditioned, offers free Wi-Fi, and is perfect for families or friends seeking a beachside getaway for a week or a weekend.
Entertainment and Relaxation:
Outdoor Areas: Utilize the outdoor spaces with a purpose-built bar, a large second fridge/freezer, and a kitchenette. The second lounge area, equipped with a pool table, is perfect for indoor entertaining.
Sleeping Arrangements: Accommodates up to 10 guests (maximum of 8 adults).
Upstairs Features:
Chef’s Kitchen: Fully stocked with a dishwasher, large family fridge/freezer, and Nespresso coffee pod machine.
Outdoor Deck: Includes a large dining area, Weber BBQ, and undercover area.
Lounge: Spacious with a large LED TV, air-conditioning, and ceiling fans.
Master Bedroom: Luxurious king bed, full linen, air conditioning, ceiling fans, wall-mounted TV, huge ensuite, and walk-in robe with views overlooking the pool.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, full linen, air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV, and a powder room with toilet.
Downstairs Features:
Bedroom 3: Contains 2 king singles and 2 single trundles (suitable for small children), with all linen provided, air conditioning, and ceiling fans.
Bedroom 4: Queen bed with linen, wall-mounted TV, air conditioning, and ceiling fans
Kitchenette and Bar: Includes a second large fridge/freezer and drinks fridge.
Second Lounge Area: Features seating, TV, Bluetooth sound bar for indoor and outdoor speakers, and a pool table. Free Wi-Fi is provided.
Laundry: Full facilities with a large top-loader washer and dryer.
Outdoor Spaces: Includes furniture, a daybed, a large resort-style swimming pool, and a poolside kabana.
Parking: Boat parking alongside the house and a single-car lock-up garage. plus home gym.

Restrictions:
Party Gatherings: Not permitted. Strictly for family and quiet, respectful guests.
Parking: Maximum of 3 cars allowed within the estate. Extra cars must be parked outside the gated estate.
Estate Rules: Governed by on-site body corporate managers with strict regulations.
No noise after 9 pm.
No loud music or anti-social behavior.
No large adult group gatherings, parties, or events.
No youth groups, including schoolies.
Strict adherence to registration numbers. Visiting guests are not permitted.
20 km/h speed limit within the estate.
Maximum of 1 boat (part of the 3-vehicle limit).
All parking must be on the property’s grounds.

My only regret is not booking for longer!
Hayley S - 16th November 2024Our family stayed 3 nights in October and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable with plenty of spaces to enjoy both family time together and also to break out. The kids absolutely loved the pool - it's great how the house shades the pool in the hot afternoons. We'll definitely be booking again and next time for a longer stay.
