Its prime location directly across from pristine waterways and a calm beach makes it perfect for families seeking a beachside getaway, offering year-round swimming, parkland, BBQ areas, and scenic nature walks to the stunning headland.
Park your car and take a leisurely stroll to nearby restaurants and cafes or enjoy alfresco dining on your private deck with a BBQ.
This old-style rustic-style property is an A-frame character home that features exposed timber structures, floors, walls and ceilings & offers privacy and tranquillity amidst a lush tropical landscape. Access to the house from the parking level is via rustic sleeper stairs through the gardens.
Your furry family member is welcome to stay inside; however, please note the property is unfenced, though the upper patio is gated.
Access to the house includes a 14-step rustic timber sleeper walk from the parking area, making it unsuitable for guests with limited mobility. Parking is available on-site via an incline. The lower and upper levels of the house are connected via an external staircase only ( no internal stairs)
The Space – Accommodates up to 10 guests in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
Upstairs:
• A queen bed off the lounge area & a bedroom in the upper loft area with double bed - all offering stunning bay views.
• Fully equipped kitchen featuring a family-sized fridge and dishwasher.
• Open-plan lounge and dining area with complimentary Wi-Fi.

• A spacious outdoor area with BBQ, seating, and breathtaking views.
Downstairs:
• A large open-plan bedroom/lounge area with a single bed, a set of single bunk beds, and a tri-bunk (queen and single).
• The lounge has a TV and a generously sized bathroom.
The property includes a rustic stone (not level) deck with outdoor seating and an additional BBQ, as well as a laundry room equipped with a washing machine. Includes ceiling fans.
Important Notes:
• 1 pet is permitted though not on furniture
• Vodafone service is not available in the area.
• The property is not suitable for party-type gatherings and is strictly non-smoking.
• The property is not suited to the elderly, those with mobility issues,
• As the property is situated in a bush garden setting we experience some wildlife like possums, birds, frogs, and insects in the vicinity.
