Laze away the days listening to the sounds of the beautiful ocean and taking in some of the most glorious water views in our area. Merooni is located in the historical township of 1770 in a quiet street on 1770 headland with million dollar views of across 1770 bay, gorgeous water views to Agnes Water and around to Bustard Bay Headland.
Two bedrooms. one bathroom. 1x queen. 2 x singles. Equipped kitchen with dishwasher, spacious lounge plus lovely sun deck with Bbq, fans, Sleeps 5.
There is many secluded beaches surround this area and walking trails a plenty or take a short drive to the 1770 Tree Bar and restaurant. The 1770 Marina is only 2km away for great barrier reef day trips and Agnes Water is only 6km away where you will find plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants.
Carport parking.
Linen is not supplied. Bring your sheets, towels and pillow slips, bath mat and tea towels.
Please note downstairs area and single garage is not accessible as locked for owners storage.

The house is clean & comfortable with air conditioning and fans and the views from the balcony are the best you will find. A short walk to the 1770 lookout and beaches make it the perfect spot to unwind and relax. We will be back!
