Agnes Water patrolled main beach is a short stroll via the private creek bridge adjoining the estate with only the sand dune between you and the ocean.

Regulations -
This private gated estate is governed by on-site body corp managers who are active with ensure regulations are met. Please ensure you are familiar with these terms & that the property is suitable for your group. Bookings are only accepted for families & quiet respectful people.
A strict no after-hours noise policy applies from 9 pm
Loud music or anti-social behaviour is not tolerated.
Properties prohibit large all adult group gatherings for party-type events, buck, hens nights, weddings, 21sts etc
Prohibit youth groups including schoolies
Strict numbers as per the registration form are permitted only - visiting guests are not permitted within the estate.
20km speed limit always
Strict maximum of 3 cars within the estate ( if you have a 4th car this will need to be parked outside the gated estate)
If for some reason Management needs to attend due to complaints, you may be asked to vacate ( a refund will not be issued)
No caravans or camping are permitted at the properties
Maximum of 1boat permitted ( this is part of the 3 vehicles permitted - so 2 cars 1 boat for example)
All parking needs to be on the property's grounds not neighboring properties.

Laura M - 24th May 2024Having stayed in over 12 different homes and apartments in Agnes Waters over the years, this is our fav! The location was a beautiful stroll to the beach. The house was actually set up for a large family with plenty of kitchenware and space for all. We found the home very practical, and extremely clean. I would recommend this home for anyone with a large family who wants practicality, in a gorgeous setting for an incredible stay!

Aaron Werth - 27th June 2023Calma is a very spacious house for a large or extended family. The location is ideal, walking distance to shops and groceries and direct access to beach. The estate was very quiet away from any road noise, perfect for the attempted sleep in.

We had 10 people easily looked after with beds up and downstairs.The house is not more than five minutes walk to the beach (and surf) and is situated in a quiet area in a secure part of Agnes Waters. If you would like a relaxing beach Holiday experience this would be an ideal pick and great value for money
Magic Beach house holiday at CALMA
Felicity Occaso - 22nd March 2023Happy moments spent in a peaceful tropical environment alongside a dreamtime surf beach with private access. A spacious house guarded by three Bush Stone-curlews posted like statues in the Bamboo Palms next to the front door. An enchanting scene which we observed every day to our delight!
