The Alinghi experience is designed to exceed the expectations of the most discerning guests. From your arrival to your departure the service and your abode are the finest on offer. Located on the Discovery Coast in Central Queensland, just 1.5 hours from Gladstone, this is the ultimate coastal escape. Year round swimming and surfing beaches & all only 1.5 hours by boat to the Southern Great Barrier Reef where you will have the option to dive or snorkel one of the Seven Wonders of the World.
The designer home is one of only seven exclusive residences in the private 14 acre Rocky Point Gated Estate. Residents and guests enjoy world class facilities with a 30 meter saltwater pool, sun lounges, tennis court and an entertainment pavilion right on the beach front of the picturesque bay. On route of the Red Rock Trail you can walk over rock headlands and miles of sandy beaches. Immersed in nature you have the chance to watch turtles nest, whales migrate, wallabies hop, fish from the rocks, dive for a lobster, or soak up the sun for a great Queensland experience.
SLEEPS UP TO 10 -For groups of 10 a maximum of 6 nights applies.
RATES:
The nightly rate is $1100.00 for the main house and an additional $200 per night for the extra parent retreat pavilion. This would be a total of $1300.00 per night if guests have a booking for 9 or 10 people.
The maximum booking size we can take is 10 people and their maximum nights stay is 6. While lesser number bookings have a minimum night stay of 3 nights.
Alinghi main house & separate parent retreat is available located in the 2nd pavilion providing king suite, ensuite.

Across the terrace is the main residence which features lower level living and four bedrooms on the top floor. Featuring 2 king size bedrooms with sensational ensuites, one with a bath and both with showers and sea views. A third king size bedroom and a bunk room which sleeps 4 are serviced by a family bathroom and separate shower.

The living is open plan. The kitchen features a white marble bench top, Miele and Gaggenau appliances and the espresso machine will make it easy for you to entertain. The dining experience is on a hand crafted spotted gum master piece by Mark Tuckey.
The living space features an open fireplace, inviting oversize linen lounge, relaxing armchairs, tactile rugs and flat screen TV. Wi-Fi throughout. Opening out onto the terrace is floor to ceiling glass allowing you to enjoy the serene surrounds for whatever the weather may bring. Parking caters for three cars.
A local organic gourmet hamper will be ready for you on arrival with a bottle of wine, a six pack of beer. Take a drink from the bar (please restock before leaving). Catering for whatever you need, shopping for in house cooking and entertaining can be arranged in advance with good notice provided. Housekeeping services are prior to arrival and on departure. Mid stay services can be provided for a fee.

Alinghi is designed for you to revitalise, refresh and enjoy. Start the day with Yoga on the terrace, have a game of tennis, take a dip in the pool, go for a surf and dive the barrier reef. The experience will be unforgettable with everything you could dream of. Located just south of the towns of Agnes Water and Seventeen-Seventy where you will enjoy a low key coastal village experience. On offer are a good choice of dining, one off boutique shops, coffee shops and cafes. A host of activities including cycling, Scooteroo tours, Barrier Reef Experiences, kayaking, surf schools, museum, environmental tours, kite surfing, stand up paddle boarding, all on offer for the adventurous.

Alinghi is no ordinary property with its sustainable design elements , and neither is the Estate which is set in a stunning but fragile environment. Our offering is totally unique and we want to preserve that. Bond is $1500.
